Found on our front lawn recently...
Jeans (with belt), Tee Shirt, Underwear, Toothbrush
It appears that while someone was brushing their teeth on our front lawn, some power or force sucked all the ectoplasm from them. This does not bode well for Trick or Treaters!

Maybe it was a time traveler like in the book "The Time Traveler's Wife". Henry was always leaving a pile of clothes behind when he time traveled and scrambling to find something to wear when he arrived in a new time.
